let us give your pig a second chance

While we try our best to give consultations to help you alleviate your issues with your pet pig and keep them in your home, we understand that relinquishing your pig to us may be the best option might for all invovled.

There are many reasons that you may need to relinquish your pet pig. Some of the common situations we have seen are:

  • Moving and cannot bring your pet with

  • Not having enough time for your pet

  • Destructive behaviors from your pig

  • Pig did not get along with other pets

  • Over protective pig

  • Thought they bought a "Tea Cup Pig"

  • Thought the pot belly was a hog

  • Abandoned pig

  • Abused pig

  • Pregnant pig

  • Sick pig

Whatever the reason maybe give us a call or email us if you need to relinquish your pet. Some important notes:

  • We do not purchase pigs, we are a rescue

    • In some cases we will reimburse for some medical procedures and vet visits (orginal reciepts are necessary) Please take in to consideration that we accure all the expenises of travel and furture care.

  • We do travel the lower 48 states for rescues. For efficiency we try to group rescues together.

  • We do not take in hogs

We may not be able to accept all rescues due to space issues, but we do our best not to turn down a pig in need. If we are unable to rescue your pig we will try and help you find another rescue center.
